Got an idea for a tune? Don't write it on a napkin, jot it on your handheld instead. TuneSketcher is a memopad for music, not just words. Choose one of three types of templates:

  • dual staves
  • staff above guitar tab below
  • fretboard

    Each sketchpad has a two octave keyboard if you need to sound out notes before sketching.

    New in TuneSketcher 1.1:

  • Sketch List view now displays the template type for each frame
  • Frame duplicate and Frame delete incorporated onto pop-up menus
  • On existing frames, selecting a template from the pop-up menu no longer replaces the entire sketch (including your sketching!) Now, re-selecting the template will refresh the original template without losing your additions.




    What's New in TuneSketcher 1.2:

  • Enlarged templates for easier drawing
  • Corrected field placement on forms to eliminate overlap
  • Sketch frames re-sort on exit -- to reset view order after frame numbers have been changed
  • Piano keyboard moved to pop-up in order to facilitate larger drawing area
